- Use of indoor pool and indoor aquatonic pool (April, May and October from 09:00-18:00), fitness centre (07:00 – 20:00), Finnish sauna, herbal sauna, steam bath, use of Turkish bath (Hammam) (15:00-18:00), only available if there are no pre-booked procedures at that time.
- Heated pools – semi-Olympic, bio lake, children's pool, Adults only pool in the 16+ area, indoor pool, aquatonic pool.
- Mini water park with operating hours for water slides from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 17:00. The spray park area attractions are available from 09:00 to 17:00. Outdoor pools with operating hours 09:00-18:00 (May 1 – September 15). The operating hours of the pools and attractions in May and September depend on weather conditions and at the discretion of the hotel management.
- Daily replenishment of the mini-bar with water, non-alcoholic drinks, beer and packaged dessert.
- One dinner in the À la carte restaurant “Lavanda”- Bulgarian or “Oliva”- Mediterranean for each stay of a minimum of 7 nights. Reservation is required at the Concierge during the hours 09:00-11:00 and 15:00–17:00 (depending on availability).
- Wireless internet connection in the main building and in the pool area.
- Safe in the room.
- Additional cosmetic and toiletry items upon request from reception (internal tel. 9).
- Ironing room. Ironing in the rooms is not allowed for your safety.
- Free unguarded parking in all designated parking areas and subject to availability. Reservations are not possible.
