Terms of Use for Beach Towels and Bathrobes – SPA Reception.

Dear Guests,

If you would like a beach towel or bathrobe, please contact the hotel reception, where you will receive a special card. With this card, you can collect the desired item at the SPA reception (Level 0, past the shops).

SPA Reception Working Hours:

08:00 – 20:00

Please return the towels and bathrobes during working hours in order to have your card returned.

Upon check-out, don’t forget to return the card to the hotel reception to avoid a charge of 11 EUR / 21.51 BGN

Dear Guests, We kindly inform you that our bathrobes and towels are equipped with discreet protective chips to ensure accurate inventory control. Please leave these items in your room or in the SPA center upon departure. If a tagged item is accidentally taken, a signal may be activated at the exit, allowing our team to perform a brief and discreet check. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
