In order to receive all services from the “Ultra All-Inclusive” package, you must wear identification bracelets at all times
Check-in at the hotel is after 15:00, and check-out of the rooms is until 11:00
Beach towels can be changed from 08:00 to 12:00 at the SPA center against a towel card. Wave Resort is a hotel certified for sustainable development, and therefore we kindly ask you to change your towels no more than once a day. Thank you!
In case of a missing room card or beach towel/robe card, a compensatory fee of 11 EUR /21.51 BGN will be added to your account.
Reserving sunbeds, umbrellas, and cabanas is strictly prohibited. Management reserves the right to remove items left for this purpose.
The air conditioning in the rooms works only when the balcony door is closed.
Using tricycles, skateboards, balls, and similar items is prohibited in the indoor areas of the hotel.
Using Bluetooth speakers is prohibited throughout the complex.
Smoking in the rooms is prohibited, as well as in all indoor areas of the hotel. This also applies to electronic smoking devices.
The hotel is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
No pets of any kind are permitted on the territory of the hotel.
For security reasons, there are video surveillance cameras in all public areas.
The hotel reserves the right to make changes to the operating hours of all facilities at its discretion and at any time.
