SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE PRICE

  • At the Wellness center the Indoor pool (operating in April, May and October, opening time 08:00-18:00), Gym, Finnish Sauna, Herbal Sauna, Steam Bath, Turkish bath (Hamamm) (15:00 – 18:00 o’clock, only if there are no treatments scheduled in advance).
  • Mini Aqua Park with opening hours of the water attractions and slides - 9:00 -12:00 and from 14:00 – 17:00. Outdoor pools – opening time 08:00-18:00 (01.05 – 15.09, after 15th of September depending on the weather conditions).
  • Daily refill of the Mini-bar with water, soft drinks, beer and wafer bar.
  • One Dinner in one of the À la carte Restaurants: “Lavanda” – Bulgarian or “Oliva” – Mediterranean, once per stay if the stay is minimum 7 nights. Reservation is required. To book your table, please contact our Concierge Desk between 09:00-11:00 and 15:00 – 17:00 o’clock. Reservations are subject to availability.
  • Free wireless internet connection is available in the main building and by the pools.
  • Free safety box is available at all guest rooms.
  • Extra toiletries are available upon request at the reception.
  • Ironing room. Ironing in the room is not allowed for safety reasons.
  • Free parking upon availability in the designated parking areas.

SERVICES, SUBJECT TO CHARGE

  • Premium Selection of Beverages is available in the À la carte Restaurants and in the Lobby Bar.
  • Premium Breakfast in À la carte Restaurant from 8:30 until 10:30am. Cover fee of 25.00 BGN per person applies (children under 1.99 years old are free of charge. children aged 2-12.99 pay 12.50 BGN cover fee). To book your table, please contact our Concierge Desk between 09:00-11:00 and 15:00 – 17:00 o’clock. The reservations are subject to availability.
  • For reservations at “Ginger” – Asian, “Lavanda” – Bulgarian and “Oliva” – Mediterranean À la carte Restaurants, a Cover fee of 45.00 BGN per person applies for those guests, who have booked a stay of 6 overnights or less (children under 1.99 years old are free of charge). Children aged 2-12.99 pay 22.50 BGN cover fee). All guests, whose stay is 7 nights or longer, are entitled of one free dinner at “Lavanda” – Bulgarian or “Oliva” – Mediterranean À la carte Restaurants. 50 % discount applies to each subsequent visit after first paid. For reservations, please contact the Concierge Desk. The reservations are subject to availability.
  • SPA and cosmetic treatments, massages and therapies, Hamamm treatments in the Wellness Centre.
  • If you wish to keep your room after 11:00 noon on the day of departure, late check-out rates apply as follows:11:00 - 15:00 h - 100 BGN; 11:00 - 18:00 h - 150 BGN. Please ask about possibilities one day before departure (The service depends on the room availability and is provided in April, May, June, September and October).
  • Airport transfers from/to Bourgas airport (BOJ). For airport pick-up and drop-off arrangements, please contact the Concierge desk.
  • Laundry and Dry Cleaning Services. The price list is available in your wardrobe/walk-in closet.
  • Baby Stroller for rent. The service is subject to charge of 10.00 BGN per day.
  • 24-hour Medical service.
  • Underground parking – 25 BGN per day, subject of availability.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • The guests have to wear their ID bracelets at all times in order to receive Ultra All Inclusive services.
  • Check-in time is 15:00; Check-out time is until 11:00.
  • Beach towels are available daily from 08:00 to 12:00 in the Wellness Centre. A Beach towel card is required to receive a towel.
  • The use of Bluetooth or similar speakers, tricycle, skateboard and balls is strictly forbidden in indoor areas.
  • The Air condition (A/C) in the room is only working when the balcony door is firmly closed.
  • Smoking and using of electronic devices is prohibited in the rooms as well as all public areas, except in the designated smoking areas.
  • The hotel cannot be held responsible in case of loss, damage or theft of customers belongings.
  • In case a room key-card or a beach towel card is lost, a penalty fee of 20 BGN is chargeable to the guests’ account.
  • A 24/7 CCTV is in operation in all public areas for security reasons.

The Management retains the right to alter the terms and the hours of operation of all the facilities of the hotel.
