Reservation by e-mail and telephone
When making a booking by e-mail or phone, it is necessary to send us an inquiry toreservations@waveresort.bg or call +359 59 09 81 81, providing information about the name of the guest, period of stay, number of nights, number of adults and children / age /, after which you will be provided a price offer for accommodation by e-mail or phone.
The price offer is valid for 24 hours. Wave Resort reserves the right to change the prices and special offers depending on the hotel occupancy.
Requesting an offer does not guarantee the reservation of the rooms. Upon offer’s confirmation, the Wave Resort should reconfirm the current status of the available units and prices, after which you will receive a final confirmation of the reservation at the e-mail provided by you. The bookings confirmation includes the number and category of booked rooms, number of guests (adults and children), date of arrival, date of departure, and the amount due. We kindly ask you, after receiving the confirmation, read the information provided in it carefully and contact us if it is necessary to make a correction in some of the reservation’s parameters.
Your reservation is considered confirmed but NOT GUARANTEED until a deposit of 100% of the calculated amount is paid within 72 hours of receiving the confirmation. Only after receiving the full amount of the reservation, it is then considered confirmed and GUARANTEED.
If payment is not made within 72 hours of confirmation, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
Payment of the reservation by telephone or e-mail can be made in the following way:
* Credit cards accepted: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic or Maestro.
Online booking
You can make an online reservation through the online reservation module on our website after entering the required parameters such as period of stay, number of persons and choosing the desired room type.
You can pay for an online reservation in two ways:
1. Payment through our virtual POS terminal with credit / debit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic or Maestro) and receive instant confirmation of a successful and GUARANTEED booking.
2. Payment by bank transfer within 72 hours of making the reservation for the total amount of the booking. Only after receiving the full amount of the reservation, it is considered GUARANTEED. If payment is not made within 72 hours of confirmation, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
All guest requests, noted in the extra comments field are not binding, but we will do our best to satisfy them.
Reservations on spot
When making a booking on spot, it is necessary to provide us with the name of the guest, period of stay, number of nights, number of adults and children / age /, after which you will be provided with a price offer for accommodation. Price offer can be either presented in a hard copy or by e-mail.
The price offer is valid for 24 hours. Wave Resort reserves the right to change the prices and special offers depending on the hotel occupancy.

When booking on spot, where the check-in date falls in the next 72 hours, payment must be made on spot at Reception or upon check-in.
When paying a deposit for more than one room, it is necessary to indicate the reservation numbers of the other rooms, as well as the guests’s names.
When requesting a company invoice, it is necessary to send the company details in advance before making the payment to e-mail: reservations@waveresort.bg or to provide them on spot before making the payment at the hotel.
Prices
All prices quoted on the hotel's website are in BGN, with 9% VAT, tourist tax and insurance included. The total amount due by the customer is calculated depending on the number of nights, the number of adults and children, the number and category of the required rooms, as well as the current price offer for the respective period.
Online payments
Accepted credit cards for online payments: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic or Maestro.
For online reservations, after confirmation of the reservation and payment through a virtual POS terminal, the BORICA payment page opens. The payment screen is located in a 3-D Secure environment of BORICA, providing complete protection of the data that the customer enters. On this screen you should enter the data from your card - card type, number, expiration date and CVV2 / CVC2 code. For cards requiring additional 3-D authentication, for which you are registered in the Verified by VISA or MasterCard SecureCode authentication schemes, an authentication page of your Issuing Bank opens, where you enter your authentication password.
In order to be able to use your debit card for online payments, you need to activate this service and get your secret code to use in your online payments. You can activate at any ATM in the BORICA network.
The hotel does not have access to your card details.
If the transaction is successful, a transaction note will be displayed on the screen. At the time of the online booking, the amount of your reservation will be automatically withdrawn from your card at the end of the online payment process through a virtual POS terminal. After successful payment of the amount, you will receive a confirmation, number and parameters of your GUARANTEED reservation.
Payment by bank transfer
Payment of the reservation can be made by bank transfer within 72 hours of the reservation to the following bank accounts in EUR and BGN:

All bank fees and transfer costs are at the client’s expense.
In case of payments by bank transfer in EUR, the amount of the reservation should be calculated according to the national fixed exchange rate at 1 EUR = BGN 1.95583
It is necessary to enter your name and reservation number as a reason for payment.
After successful payment of the value of the reservation on offer, you will receive an invoice for the advance payment.
Payment at the hotel
Payment on the spot at the hotel can be made in BGN (BGN) in cash or by credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic or Maestro).
Reception payments are accepted in BGN (BGN), according to the official BNB fixing 1 EUR = 1.95583 BGN.
Cash payments are accepted for reservations up to BGN 9,999. If the reservation’s cost is over BGN 10,000, the payment should be made by bank transfer or by credit card.
If a company invoice is requested, please provide us with company details before making the payment.
CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your reservation you can do so by:

Free cancellation is possible up to 30 days prior to the check-in date when the prepaid amount will be refunded.
If the cancellation is made between 29 and 15 days prior to arrival the cancellation fee will be 50% of the total amount.
If the cancellation is made between 14 and 4 days prior to arrival the cancellation fee will be 75% of the total amount.
In case of cancellation made up to 3 days or less before the arrival date or in case of a no-show, a cancellation fee in extent of 90% will be deducted from the full payment due for the accommodation.
Reimbursement of amounts paid for cancelled reservations will be made within 15 to 30 working days, in the manner in which the payment was received.
There is no refund for services not provided due to shortened stays or early check-outs.
Upon refund, all bank transfer costs (bank fees, etc.) are at the client’s expense.
CHANGES
Changes to reservations (change of names, change of dates, number of guests, type of room) are accepted free of charge up to 8 days before arrival, according to availability and price conditions at the time of the change.
Changes in reservations (change of names, change of dates, number of guests, type of room) received less than 7 days before arrival are accepted according to availability and price conditions at the time of the change, where amounts of advance payment are not refundable.
FORCE MAJEURE
Wave Resort reserves the right to cancel a reservation in case of force majeure and other reasons beyond the control of the hotelier. In such cases the hotelier:
- Offers the client accommodation for another period, by keeping the same conditions.
- Refunds the deposit paid by the client within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of a written request for this from the holder of the reservation, and no penalty is due.
If the guest is unable to travel in case of force majeure and within 7 days before check-in, he/she should notify the hotel, providing written evidence of the reason for force majeure. In this case, the hotel provides accommodation for another period.
ACCOMMODATION
- Check-in at the hotel is after 15:00 and check-out is on the day of departure until 11:00.
- Parking use is until 11:00 at the day of departure.
- If you wish, you can extend your stay after 11:00 on the day of departure, for which it is necessary to make a request a day earlier at the reception to check availability. In this case extra tariffs are applicable.
- To receive all services from the package "Ultra all inclusive" you need to wear identification wristbands at all times
- Beach towels can be changed daily from 08:00 to 12:00 by the SPA Reception against a beach towel card.
- The air conditioning in the rooms only works when the balcony door is closed
- Smoking is not allowed in the rooms, nor in any indoor public places
- Pets are not allowed
- For security reasons the Lagoon swim-up rooms with pool access are restricted for accommodation of children under the age of 7.
- The hotel is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items.
- In case of a lost room key card or a beach towel card, a compensatory fee of BGN 20 will be charged.
- The use of own speakers, incliding Bluetooth and playing loud music in the hotel public areas and disturbing the other guests is strictly prohibited.
- For security reasons, CCTV cameras are in operation in all public areas.
- The hotel management reserves the right to make changes in the working hours of all the facilities.
PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data is protected according to the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria and is used only by the reservation department of Wave Resort.
Aheloy Project OOD with VAT No. BG 204641055, registered office and address of management: Varna 9000, 28 Stefan Karadja Str., is an administrator of personal data and is responsible for compliance with the provisions of the General Personal Data Protection Regulation 2016/679.
